Decepticons Coming Back For More In Transformers 2!!

Whilst the world waits for Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen to be released in June, there are a lot of speculations regarding what the story is going to be this time. The producers are hiding the story beneath wraps, as they don't wish it to be leaked. In the meanwhile, fans of the Transformers have tried to outline what will take place.

If the Autobots are there, then the Decepticons have to come back, if not who would the Autobots fight against? As Transformers 2 is a sequel to Transformers, the Decepticons have to return - and with a retribution. The war between the Decepticons and the Autobots is over control of 'All Spark', and this is going to keep on in the sequel. Very much like mankind's journey for everlasting life, the Transformers all struggle for have power over not only earth, but the universe.

It's on earth that the leader of the Decepticons, Megatron, is not here in the very last episode. His corpse gets stolen from the armed base where it has been kept and is brought back to life. As a result for revenge, he starts grouping the Decepticons, who again come to earth to take control from the Autobots. There is thought to be completely grand battle that is fought among them.

But there is a link between the stories - a new kind of Transformers directed by 'the Fallen' also appears, and the Decepticons (along with the Autobots) fight with the Transformers of the Fallen. There is a further twist as well, as the movie has been filmed in Egypt and the pyramids play a vital role in it. It shows that the Transformers have been more or less on earth since a very long time. There is something that is unseen in one of the pyramids and the Transformers are trying to get their hands on it.

The heroic encounter is supposed to take place at the pyramids as every side tries to wrest rule from the other. At this instant, what is the battle all about? We will have to wait and watch. As the picture is about the Transformers, the complete special effects of the Transformers changing from safe looking daily items such as a cell phone, a car, or a dump truck into deadly combating machines has to take place.

If the Transformers remain in their harmless state, there would be no story for the movie. So they have to change into brutal battling machines and fight enemies who are equal to them. This means 'the Autobots versus the Decepticons'. New Transformers are going to make their appearance in this movie and the fans will be enthralled by them.

There is another sequel planned after Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen, and again that will also have the Autobots and the Decepticons, with a whole lot of new Transformers. The film producers plus comic and script writers don't want to kill off a series by getting rid of the enemy. Now, which of the old Transformers return in Transformers 2 remains to be seen. From the cast of voices, we can guess that almost all the Transformers seen in the original Transformers movie have again been cast in the sequel. So the same Transformers are definitely going to be in it. How the battle goes this time is something that we are all anxiously waiting to find out. - 23812

All About Transformers: Revenge Of The Fallen

Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen is a sequel of Transformers 2007. In both the versions, we can see the continuous battle of vicious workings of evil. Transformers 2 is an action packed movie with numerous new characters. The Decepticons, Autobots, and Humans all work together in the development of the story.

The film is inculcated with drama, action, suspense, adventure, speculation, tragedy, grief and joy along with impressive characterisations and perfection of story. All the characters portray high degrees of vigorous activities. Just like Transformers 2007, we find here the goodies combating with the evils to save the world and humanity from the evil seizures.

Surprisingly, we see Megatron once more in Transformers 2. One of the Constructions brings him back to life. He becomes alive in Transformers 2007 also with the help of a small robot: Construction. The differentiating aspects in the story of Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen is that this time the Decepticons are trying to capture Sam to get bits of information from him about the beginning of the Transformers.

This information came to Sam in the form of some visions that he gets from the remains of Allspark. Sam is shown going to a college to learn astronomy. He is away from his girlfriend Mikaela as she is not able to go to the college due to financial reasons, and is working at a motorcycle workshop. Sam has also got another human helping hand; Leo Spitz. Bumblebee will also be staying away from Sam, which one can hardly expect after watching the first part. He can't accompany Sam to the college as any fresher is not allowed to park his car at the college.

The Autobots also have a soft touch with the addition of a female Autobot Acree. Among the Decepticons, a new and very significant character is brought-in: the Fallen. It is the Fallen whose name can be seen in the name of the film. We will enjoy the film with a new line of Construction/ Devastators also.

With an impressive sound track by Linkin Park, the scenes create quite an impression. The scenes have been shot at different locations, with Egypt being the most prominent of all, where the final battle has been filmed. Other places include Bethlehem, Philadelphia, New Mexico, Tuscan International Airport, and Pennsylvania. IMAX cameras have been used to shot the action sequences of the movie, which make it all the more impressive.

Special effects in this picture are worth watching. Factual F-16 Fighting Falcon has been used in the film to make it look appear life-like. Tank fire, which we see in the movie are also real. Enhanced designs of the robots have been used to make them look dreadful and frightening. Hasbro has engineered quite hard on the structure of the robots, both the Decepticons and the Autobots. This time the filmmakers have devoted more of the economy to the special effects of the movie.

The most attracting part of the movie is the combats. For heightened marketing of the movie, its prime show will be exhibited in Tokyo, Japan by the 8th of June 2009. After that, the film will be unleashed in UK and USA. - 23812

Big Sound, Big Changes - DMB's Big Whiskey

Dave Matthews Band has returned with an all new album and an all new sound, after a four year hiatus of sorts. There newest album "Big Whiskey And The Groogrux King" has departed from earlier works by the DMB.

In the past the Dave Matthews Band was known for a more rocking sound then bands such as Moe or Phish. With their newest release, the DMB goes into a new direction and expends on a more mature approach towards music and it's influences while mourning the loss of their dear friend and founding band member, LeRoi Moore.

The bands saxophonist, Moore, died in 2008, due to complications after a ATV accident. While in the studio Jeff Coffin, has taken the role on the new album. It has been said that this album is a tribute to the late Moore, and it is evident through each album track.

There are many songs on the album, especially "Funny the Way It Is" the albums first track, that reflect on the loss of Moore and the bands reaction to his passing. It is the track that most resembles the old Dave Matthews Band sound while incorporating their new direction. Other tracks, such as "Alligator Pie" and "Baby Blue", deal with the bands time apart and work with others, as well as their experience with producer Rob Cavallo, while recording in Louisiana.

The New Orleans French Quarter sound finds its way into the album alongside more Delta Blues sounding songs and other clear laments. All in all the album is solid with band's ability play showing through even in the absence of LeRoi Moore.

While it is a departure from past albums, true fans of the band are likely to find the feeling of the music little changed, although the sound has. If those same fans have found the heart of the sound with the Dave Matthews Band before, they will find it again here, and enjoy the little bit of change the band offers up. "Big Whiskey And The Groogrux King" is sure to become a DMB classic on par with "Under the Table and Dreaming" and "Crash", even though it may take a little getting used to if your listening to it right after those albums. - 23812
