Why Attend A Jonas Brother Concert?

By Candice Petersen

Who hasn't heard of the Jonas Brothers? Whether you're at a cartoon watching age and spend your free time watching the Disney Channel or you're a Broadway aficionado, you've got to be familiar with this band made up of three brothers - Nick, Joe and Kevin. Known to have been in the spot light since an early age, the brothers have made the most of it by exploring both their musical as well as their acting talents.

Since their first album as a band - It's About Time, released in 2005 - they've been on the road just like other singers and bands promoting their albums and giving fans a chance to see them in action. The first set of the Jonas Brothers' concerts, performed between November 5th and December 17th of 2005, were limited to the eastern part of the United States. Both the touring timeframe and the regions covered in the US increased with their subsequent tours.

Their promo tour was followed by the American Club Tour to get them more exposure; their Marvelous Party Tour followed; then their tour with Miley Cyrus on her headlining Best of Both Worlds Tour, as the opening band. The band then continued with their own Look Me in The Eyes Tour, followed by the Burning Up Tour the same year. Last year they also had a DCOM to their credit which is known to have been watched by 8.9 million people when it premiered on Disney Channel. The movie was titled Camp Rock.

After all these tours across the US and album sales of over 8 million worldwide, the Jonas Brothers decided it was time for a world tour. The tour which is ongoing kicked off with its South American leg in Peru on the'th of May, 2009 and will go on right until the end of November. The tour includes stopovers at several countries in North America, Europe and South America.

Jonas Brothers' tickets have been a big hit with teenagers and youngsters on all continents buying them up as soon as they can. In fact their Asian and Australian fans have been disappointed that new dates haven't been announced so far. The band had indicated that their world tour would also have an Asian and Australian leg, the dates for which would be announced after the finalizing of the South American and European dates.

If you're a big fan of the band, you'll definitely be looking to lay your hands on some Jonas Brothers' Tix. Well, if that's the case, this is the space for you to watch. We'll soon be putting up links to ticketing websites for any remaining concerts that haven't yet been sold out. Who knows you might still get lucky. - 23812
