The message is passed on to Norah through Nick. Caroline ends up in a bar frequented by gays of all places. They search there on a hunch as Thom and Dev are gay. The rest of the film revolves around how the duo gets what they set out to find. Casting includes Micheal Cera playing the role of Nick with Norah being played by Kat Dennings. Ari Graynor, Aaron Yoo and Rafi Gavron are part of the cast as Caroline, Thom and Dev respectively. Peter Sollett, who was earlier behind popular flicks like Raising Victor Vargas and Five Feet High and Rising, deals with the direction.
