Spiderman Involved in Real Life Drama
Spiderman's popularity continues as always. He is a timeless superheroes and appeals to young and old, with his costumes continually selling well throughout the year.
Spiderman costumes are available in both adult and child sizes and range from the classic red Spiderman, to the new black Spiderman "Venom" costume. Accessories include red or black gloves and boot covers with the classic webbing pattern printed on them. A plethora of Spiderman toys, games, wallpaper, bed linen, lamps, lunch boxes and memorabilia is also widely available.
A fourth installment of the big-screen version of the comic book is due to be released in 2011, with the film's producers promising many more Spiderman films to follow. It has been established that Spider-Man 1 and Spider-Man 2 are among the top twenty biggest grossing films of all time in the world, so why stop at number four? It obviously makes sense to stick with a winning formula.
Now we come to a new direction for the character, namely the infusion into the music scene with the inclusion of 12 songs from U2. This together with other costs, will make this musical the most expensive in Broadway's history.
A report came in that in Thailand a child was rescued by a fireman wearing a spiderman outfit. Apparently the child crawled out on the roof to escape the fire and would not come back when called by his teacher. A fireman overhead his mother saying he loved spiderman. So we want back to the fire station, to put on a spidey outfit he just happened to have in his locker, and returned to coax the child back to safety.
It was reported that when the child saw the fireman in his Spiderman costume, the boy smiled and promptly threw himself in his superhero's arms. Apparently, the fireman keeps his Spiderman costume in his locker to liven up fire drills in schools. Well, that's his excuse anyway!
Another international news story appeared in the Israeli press and had spiderman throwing ropes at cars in town and then jumping on top of them. You can see the power that our superhero has with men.
AS expected the police arrested him very quickly. Under questioning later, he recounted that he had woken up in hospital and found himself dressed in the costume. He remembered nothing else. So doctors were called in to asses his mental health. If they profiled many of us they would realize many have a secret desire to dress up and become Spiderman. - 23812
