The Transformers 2 Character Mikaela Banes

By Michael Nielsen

The film is marked with technology based on motorised characters. We see an air of fight and war in between Decepticons and Autobots. The human characters bring in the touch of realism, inculcated with the emotions of antagonism, terror, love, and detestation. Mikaela Banes is one of the human characters in the film. She is a female who embodies cuteness and soft feelings, and she is the girl friend of the protagonist Sam Witwicky.

Though she is a woman, yet she is brave and is also personified with optimistic feelings. That was her affirmative nature which made her help Bumblebee in Transformers 2007. She took him with her by tying him with a vehicle just in the middle of the battle without considering the life risk she was facing herself, right at the time when Bumblebee was hurt and direly needed help.

She is marked with the fondness for fixing cars. She is recognised as 'the prettiness with brains'. She is mechanically trained because of her father. In the first part of Transformers, it was exposed that her father was a car thief. The Transformers is marked with the accord of development of a new connection between a teenager boy and girl. However, there are some rumours about their relationship in Transformers 2. We find references from many sources that their relationship undergoes some issues.

In the original comic series, Mikaela is shown mourning over the death of her boy friend Sam Witwicky. She still acts as an ally to the Autobots to fight the evil forces of Decepticons and their Construction. However, in Transformers 2, we don't see either of these; Mikaela mourning over the death of her boy friend or working alone as an Autobot ally.

Her character is marked with bravery and heroism, which is not an ordinary trait of females. She gives total hand to her boy friend in helping Autobots. She is not frightened off by the Decepticons, which to some extent gives her an emotionless touch.

The character of Mikaela is shown justly and bodily strong in both Transformers 2007 and Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen. However, Autobots are shown as impregnable leading structures that are nippy and near to perfection in their conducts. They still need the humans to attain clear-cut information to obliterate Decepticons before they destroy the earth and Autobots.

We see in Mikaela a person who has the capability of choosing between the right and the wrong. She leaves her pompous friends and takes a ride to her home with Sam in his wrecked looking car, which in fact was an Autobot.

She has total reliance in his boy friend and even goes in the charge of secret services with her pal without a show of lament. It is wonderful that she goes to any length so as to help her pal.

We see the peculiarity of her persona in Transformers 2007, which is carried forward to Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen. She is shown as a woman who is nervous about the esteem others are giving her. If someone is uncouth towards her, she too is brutal and callous towards him, but that too is in limits. She embodies a perfect woman who can face any sort of situation with complete dignity. - 23812
