Tv Movie Media Review

By Blaga Sudbury

I will give you some good keywords for finding various downloadable products, followed by the movie reviews. Instead of going to the store many products can be downloaded these days. You can download anything from games to movies. Every different search will provide new sites. Try "Downloading Films" and see what happens.

K-Pax: Prot is a mental patient who claims he is an alien, from another planet. Of course, his doctor assumes this can't be true. However, Prot has an inexplicable positive affect on the other patients, and can see ultra violet light, which the human eye cannot detect. Plot claims he will leave Earth soon. Will Prot turn out to be a delusional mental patient, or is he an alien from a distant planet?

Hook, Line & Sinker: Conceivably ludicrous premise about allegedly dying guy who runs up one hundred thousand in credit card debt. Even Lewis fans can be bored. Cast includes Jerry Lewis, Peter Lawford, Anne Francis, Pedro Gonzalez-Gonzalez, Jimmy Miller, and Kathleen Freeman. (91 minutes, 1951)

Life With Father: Opulent adaptation of long-running Broadway play by Howard Lindsay and Russell Crusoe based on Clarence Night's tale of growing up in turn-of-the-century NYC with his admiring although offbeat dad. This is utterly admirable, and a handsome production also. The Screen-play is by Donald Ogden Stewart. Cast includes William Powell, Irene Dunne, Elizabeth Taylor, Edmund Gwenn, ZaSu Pitts, Jimmy Lydon, and Matlin Milner. (118 minutes, 1947)

The Devil's Advocate: Kevin Lomax has never lost a case. He then gets an offer to move to New York, and work for John Milton, at his prestigious firm. Once there, things start to very strange. As time goes on he comes to realize that John Milton is none other than the Devil himself.

Big Trouble: Harried coverage sales associate Arkin needs money to send his 3 sons through Yale, so he gets to be engaged with ditsy D'Angelo in a plot to slaughter her loony spouse (Falk). This is pretty stupid stuff, albeit the sardine-flavored liqueur does grant a few giggles. Andrew Bergman wrote the script under the name Warren Bogle. Cast includes Peter Falk, Alan Arkin, Beverly D'Angelo, Charles Durning, Robert Pile, Paul Dooley, Valerie Curtin, and Richard Libertini. (93 minutes, 1985)

Kindergarten Cop: Tough city cop John Kimble has been chasing drug dealer Cullen Crisp for a long time. He needs to find Crisp's ex-wife Rachel, because with her testimony he can put Cullen behind bars. To find her he becomes an undercover kindergarten teacher, setting up lots of laughs.

The Guys: A fire branch commander who lost 8 gentlemen in the nine/eleven Planet Trade Hub catastrophe gets help from a virtuoso author as he disposes to transfer eulogies for the departed. Based on Anne Nelson's play, this looks surprisingly well as a film, as a result of restrained feelings, truthful performances by the 2 megastars, and the nobility it finds in the lives of normal hardworking individuals. Controller Simpson co-scripted with Nelson; Weaver is his spouse. Cast includes Sigourney Weaver, and Anthony LaPaglia. (88 minutes, 2003)

Red Tomahawk: Commander Keel spares town from Sioux in regimen Western with numerous likable actors in the cast. Cast includes Howard Keel, Joan Caulfield, Broderick Crawford, Scott Brady, Wendell Corey, Richard Arlen, and Donald Barry. (82 minutes, 1967)

Meteor: Switzerland, Hong Kong, and Manhattan all get a large piece of the stone while a mammoth meteor comes crashing to the planet. Late entry in Hollywood's catastrophe cycle trashes fine cast with boring script, shoddy outcomes. Cast includes Sean Connery, Natalie Wood, Karl Malden, Brian Keith, Henry Fonda, Martin Landau, Trevor Howard, and Richard Dysart. (103 minutes, 1979)

Remember, be creative and use phrases like "Compare Movie Download Sites". If that phrase gets you nowhere, try another phrase. You might find what you are looking for with a search like "Videos Online". - 23812
